It all started when I was on the hunt for the perfect high-end red nail polish to add to my collection. And then I wanted to find the perfect high-end nude nail polish. I would browse the department stores, then search for swatch after swatch of the nail polishes so I wouldn't make the wrong decision.
I love a good nail polish blog, and I even used to have one of my own (right before the nail art craze, go figure! it was called "perpetually-polished") but many of those blogs focus on indie brands and nail art. Those blogs are absolute experts on the indie world, and they crank out new nail art designs multiple times a week. They're always such a pleasure to read, but I needed to find inspiration for my less adventurous work-week nails.
